Refund Policy
Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
To be eligible for a return, your item should be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, in its original packaging—and you’ll need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you easy-to-follow instructions on how and where to send your item. Please make sure to contact us before sending anything back, as we’re unable to accept returns that haven’t been arranged with us first.

Damages and Issues
We take great care in preparing your order, but if you notice any damage, defects, or receive the wrong item, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll work quickly to assess the issue and make things right.
Exchanges
If you’d like to swap an item, the quickest way is to complete a return for the original product. Once it’s accepted, you can place a new order for the item you prefer.
Refunds
As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need a little extra time to process the refund on their end.
